Notes: Mary Hannah was registered as Simmons on her birth certificate. In the 1901 Census Mary Hannah was living with her parents in Mapplewell near Hallifax, Yorkshire. In the 1911 Census, she was living with her mother and siblings at 126 Harris Street, Bradford.
