Notes: In the 1891 Census Francis was living in Godalming, with his mother and grand mother Mary Frances. In the 1901 Census, he was again in Godalming as a boarder. In 1915 he was living alone in Surrey.
It seems he and wife Laura, divorced toward the end of the 1920's. In 1945 he remarried in Halifax, Yorkshire, to Hilda May Pidgeon. When Francis died in 1961, Probate was granted in 1962, with Hilda the sole beneficiary. She was living at the same address in Halifax on her death in 1967, as stated in Francis's Probate.
